Albright Snidow Talent Management Consultants formed out of the belief that organizations excel, grow and surpass their competition when their leaders, at all levels, are equipped with the skills and knowledge to transform themselves and their teams. We believe that great leaders are developed, not born. Since 1998 we have been developing great leaders through executive coaching, team based facilitation and enterprise-wide leadership development.

Marie Snidow, SPHR, CEO & Founder

Albright Snidow Executive CoachingMarie is a talent expert, with over 23 years of combined experience in talent management, including corporate recruitment, strategic talent planning, executive assessment and coaching, training design and facilitation, career and leadership development, succession planning, outplacement and HR Consulting. She utilizes her extensive knowledge of the talent life cycle to help clients develop the strategy, systems and programs they need to attract, engage and retain their most valued employees.

Marie draws from her experience as a corporate leader over Leadership Development and Learning & Development, to understand organizational needs and to deliver more than is promised. Her strong track record of producing results has allowed Marie to develop and maintain long-term clients and industry business relationships.

Marie holds a Master’s degree in Counseling, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR ®) and is a Certified Master Coach. She is also certified to use many selection tools, personality, career, and leadership assessments.

Giving back is a strong value for Marie, who has most recently served as an Advisory Board Member at Seton Hospital Northwest and as executive coach to leaders of Austin Women in Technology.

Contributing Author

book_coverAs a contributing author of the book “Coaching Perspectives V”, Marie writes about the value of coaching leaders to show vulnerability among their colleagues and staff. Her writing states that as transformational leaders, the greatest source of impact is through connecting with others.

Transformational leaders impact others through personal influence rather than their positional power. Marie illustrates that a leader’s ability to be vulnerable requires courage and forms the basis for connection with others in order to inspire them. Her writing includes input and insight from other executive coaches, along with practical techniques for coaches to utilize when working with clients.
