As a contributing author of the book “Coaching Perspectives V”, Marie writes about the value of coaching leaders to show vulnerability among their colleagues and staff. Her writing states that as transformational leaders, the greatest source of impact is through connecting with others.
Transformational leaders impact others through personal influence rather than their positional power. Marie illustrates that a leader’s ability to be vulnerable requires courage and forms the basis for connection with others in order to inspire them. Her writing includes input and insight from other executive coaches, along with practical techniques for coaches to utilize when working with clients.
